The Care Clock Program, implemented by the Sepsi Metropolitan Area and the Diakonia Christian Foundation, is designed to provide greater safety and peace of mind for older adults, people living alone, and individuals who require additional security due to health conditions. In case of an emergency, participants can quickly request assistance. 

The Care Clock is an easy-to-use wearable emergency alert device designed for everyday use. In the event of a medical emergency, a fall, or any other unexpected situation, the user can request assistance by pressing a single button. The device also features automatic fall detection, ensuring that an alert is sent even if the user is unable to activate it. The service provides greater safety for its users while offering peace of mind to their families. 

Who can apply? 

The program is primarily intended for residents of the municipalities belonging to the Sepsi Metropolitan Area who: 

       - are older adults or live alone;

       - require increased attention due to their health condition ; 

       - have reduced mobility; 

       - have experienced falls in the past or are concerned about the risk of falling or other medical emergencies;

       - wish to make their everyday lives safer.

Applications should preferably be completed by the person requesting the service. If this is not possible, the application may be completed on their behalf by a family member or caregiver.
 
Service fee

The subsidized monthly fee for the Care Clock service is RON 30. The remaining cost of the service is covered by the participating municipalities and the Sepsi Metropolitan Area.
 
How to apply

Please complete the registration form below using the applicant's information. If the applicant is unable to complete the form personally, it may be filled in by a family member or the designated contact person.

Submitting the registration form does not automatically enroll the applicant in the program. After reviewing the application, our staff will contact you to provide further information about the service and explain the next steps.
